February 6, 2024
Confluence Builders is no longer able to use the North half of the parking lot on the corner of Girard and Clarkson. Workers must park in only legal parking on street and must follow all posted signs after this lot becomes unavailable. This will mean more pedestrian traffic along Girard and surrounding streets.
The concrete structure for The Emerson will be under way until Summer 2024. Concrete trucks will be required to follow the trucking/hauling route and will be staged along the South side of Gerard between Emerson and Clarkson if they are waiting. Framing and exterior walls have started and will continue through Summer 2024.
